He wasn’t happy about it, but bebop genius Charlie Parker entered a studio filled with strings, and wound up cutting some of the most gorgeous music ever made. Try having a dark day with “Just Friends” or “April in Paris” on your turntable -- or a slice of “The Bird” on your plate. We roast real chicken wings -- not processed chicken breasts -- and hand-pick them to make our “Bird” slice as tasty as bebop with strings.
